Wax Museum Project at Isbister

On March 30, 2009 Christine participated in the "Wax Museum" project at her school, Isbister Elementary.  She portrayed Anne Sullivan - Helen Keller's teacher.  Christine did quite a bit of research on Anne Sullivan.  She read several books, researched her on the Internet and watched "The Miracle Worker" - the film about Anne Sullivan starring Anne Bancroft as Anne Sullivan.

Her friends had fun too.  Olivia was Mia Hamm, the pro soccer player, Autumn was Helen Keller, and Laurielle was Oprah Winfrey.
