Christmas 2008

This year, we celebrated Christmas with friends and family at many different places.  I put together four galleries with photos from all the events as well as one video.

1.  Party with Friends - December 20, 2008

We enjoyed an evening with Mike and Lisa, as well as their son Benjamin who is almost 4, and his cousin Erin.  We also visited with Jenny and Orj, Patti and Brad as well as Brett and Pam and their kids, Grace, Gabe, Luke, Caleb and Andrew.  Nick and Christine enjoyed the party too.

2.  Christmas Eve at the Johnston's

On Christmas Eve, we visited Anne's mom and dad for their annual Christmas Eve celebration.  Along with our family and Barb and Jim, Susan, Mark, Ashley and Samantha came, as well as Jim, James, Laura, Jordan and Shannon.

Everyone had a very nice time visiting and opening gifts.

3.  Christmas Day at Home

On Christmas morning, the kids woke up late but had a wonderful day opening gifts and giving gifts to each other and Anne and I.

We continued our tradition of the 'gag gift game', this year, hosting the party at our house, with Mary, Rick and Alice, Ken, Sam, David and Debbie and the kids.  Everyone had a great time, especially Rick, who received the biggest gag gift of all.

Video!

A 10 minute video (with a cool Brian Setzer Christmas soundtrack) of Christmas Eve and Christmas day has been put together.  I used the new video function of my Canon 5D Mark II.  It is a mix of video and still photography.  Get a cup of coffee and enjoy the video .
